These two versions of Kingdom Rush share a lot in common - but what is the difference?

What is the difference between Kingdom Rush: Rift in Time, and Kingdom Rush: Elemental Uprising?

Both games are cooperative, tower-defense games, and the game mechanics are almost the same. This makes it so that heroes from each game can be played with either version!

So, what’s the difference? It’s who you are defending your tower from! In Kingdom Rush: Rift in Time, a Time Mage is opening portals that wreak havoc on your towers! The portals threaten to pull your towers right out of existence! Players must work together to decide when to upgrade their towers, and when to use them to defend themselves from the Time Mage’s evil doing.

In Elemental Uprising, hoards of enemies attack your towers, with the power of natural disasters at their side. Your team must defend your towers from erupting volcanos, bellowing winds, and trembling earthquakes!
